Belgian beers are akin to French wines, and even the presentation is
similar. Our selection is served in 750
ml bottles (wine bottle size), corked like Champagne, and poured into their own
specialty stemware.

Val-Dieu (“val-do”) Blonde
~ Abbey ale, a style reserved exclusively to those hand-crafted by monks;
crisp & clean,
with an interplay of creamy nutty maltiness, hoppy
bitterness, and lemony acidity. (6% ABV) 8.95
Saxo ~ Blonde ale, very
complex, with an unusual hoppiness, bitterness that is prolonged and balanced
with
notes of fruit and a touch of spice. (8% ABV) 8.95
Maudite (The Damned One) ~ Mahogany
colored, rich tasting premium beer that has a distinctive, complex
taste. Perfect with spicy dishes & red meats, it
also makes a good aperitif and after dinner drink. (8% ABV) 8.95
La
Fin Du Monde (End of the World) ~ Triple fermented, with its champagne-like
effervescence, it has a
vigorous mouth presence, which accentuates its strong
personality. Slightly tart, with
balanced flavors of wild spices, its belongs to the class similar to Trappist
beers & in this regard is a N.American first. (9% ABV)
Corsendonk
Brown ~
Abbey (monk brewed) ale, with a chocolaty, earthy tang & very light
dried fruit
notes. Rounded out by a moderate
hop bitterness in the finish. (7.5%

Lindeman’s
Framboise ~
Lambic ~ A beer spontaneously
fermented by wild yeast and aged in the Champagne Method with raspberry added
before bottling. Deep red color with a magnificent aroma. Aged in oak for two
years this beer is in a class by itself. (4% ABV) 11.95
